Hiroyuki Nakano directs this historical action adventure. Young nobleman Naomitsu Hatakeyama (Shun Oguri) sets out to wreak his revenge on those who murdered the father of his beloved Princess Ako-hime (Yuki Shibamoto). But when he is betrayed by his older brother Nobutsuna (Hiroyuki Ikeuchi), he and Ako-hime are forced to give up their life of privilege and are banished to the mountains, where they come under attack from the notorious bandit, Tajomaru (Hiroki Matsukata).
