Item received (and it was what was pictured thankfully).
But slow shipping and I had to open an INR request to get things moving.
I was tempted to leave Neutral but there’s been no real harm done other than it arriving 4 days after the postage deadline and as a seller myself I know life can get in the way.
My main issue is with your lack of communication.
I’ve sent you 3 emails (and further corrospondance through the INR dispute) and as of today (3/3) you haven’t responded to anything.

– Generic description used, while it did include they are faulty, seller didn’t describe any details of faults and damages (screen damage and one was missing a battery cover)
– More pictures would’ve been appreciated, including views from other angles and showing ALL faults.
– Were packaged in a jiffy bag, with no padding or fragile labelling. Postie rammed it through letterbox. Lucky they weren’t damaged further by letterbox and fall.
