Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Our Commitment
At MediaTronixs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Pre-owned items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Sealed media (CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, games) must remain sealed unless defective
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened media products (CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, games) unless defective
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Personal care items and health products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Custom or personalized items
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping is free for defective items
6. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return shipping instructions
- Package the item securely with all original materials
- Ship the item to the address provided
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective items: We cover return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Wrong item sent: We cover return shipping and send correct item
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
9. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Items missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
10. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product:
- Follow the return process above
- Indicate you want an exchange
- We will ship the replacement once we receive the return
- Additional shipping charges may apply
11. Marketplace Orders (eBay, CDON, Fruugo)
For orders placed through marketplace partners:
- Returns must follow the marketplace’s return policy
- Initiate returns through the marketplace platform
- Refunds will be processed according to marketplace guidelines
12. Pre-Owned Items
Pre-owned products are sold in “VERYGOOD” or better condition:
- May show minor cosmetic wear
- Must be fully functional as described
- Can be returned if significantly different from description
- Same 30-day return window applies
13. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, special order items may be subject to a restocking fee if applicable.
14. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:
- Responsibility transfers to the recipient
- We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier
- We will assist in investigating missing packages
- Replacement or refund at our discretion
15. International Returns
For international orders:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must clear customs (customer responsibility)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
