2. Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: 1-2 business days
- Pre-Owned Items: 1-3 business days (inspection and packaging)
- Large Orders (100+ items): 3-5 business days
- Custom Orders: Processing time will be specified at checkout
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping method
- Order value

8. International Shipping – Customs and Duties
For international orders:
- Customs Duties: Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees
- Customs Delays: Delays due to customs are beyond our control
- Declared Value: All packages are declared at full product value
- Import Restrictions: Customer must ensure products can be legally imported
9. Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
- Wait until estimated delivery date has passed
- Contact us at support@mediatronixs.com
- We will file a claim with the carrier
- Replacement or refund issued once claim is resolved
Damaged Packages
- Inspect package upon delivery
- Note any damage on delivery receipt
- Photograph damage immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will arrange replacement or refund
Wrong Address
- Verify shipping address before completing order
- Address changes accepted within 1 hour of order placement
- After shipment, we cannot change the address
- Customer responsible for re-shipping costs if address was incorrect
10. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable:
- We will contact you to verify the address
- Re-shipping fees will apply
- Refunds issued minus original shipping costs
- Customer must respond within 14 days or package may be restocked
11. Signature Required Deliveries
High-value orders (over $500) may require signature upon delivery:
- Someone must be available to sign
- Alternative delivery arrangements can be made with carrier
- Carrier will leave a delivery notice if no one is available
12. Multiple Items – Shipment Splitting
If you order multiple items:
- Items may ship separately from different warehouses
- You will receive separate tracking numbers
- No additional shipping charges for split shipments
- All items will arrive within stated delivery timeframe
13. Pre-Owned Items Packaging
Pre-owned products are carefully packaged:
- Each item inspected before shipping
- Protective packaging materials used
- Original cases/covers included when available
- Fragile items (vinyl, CDs, DVDs) receive extra protection
14. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for some carriers)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for options)
- Countries under trade restrictions
15. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During holidays and peak seasons:
- Processing times may be extended by 1-2 days
- Carrier delays are possible
- Order early to ensure timely delivery
- Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website

Orders placed through our marketplace partners:
- Follow marketplace shipping policies
- Tracking provided through marketplace platform
- Same carriers and service standards apply
