Description

Randy Orton stars in this action thriller as a paramedic lured into a game of deadly challenges with a madman. When Nick Malloy (Orton) receives a mysterious phone call from a psychotic killer (Brian Markinson) telling him that his wife has been abducted, he’s forced to take on 12 challenges within a specified time, and without telling the cops, or risk a city wide bloodbath at the hands of his tormentor. Now, with the clock ticking and his wife’s life hanging by a thread, Nick must use all of his wits to discover who his adversary is, and more importantly, how to stop him.
