Offbeat rock ‘n’ roll western concerning the adventures of Zachariah (John Rubinstein) and Matthew (Don Johnson), two would-be gunslingers who fall in with a band of bank robbers and rock musicians known as the Crackers. After a number of bizarre incidents Matthew goes over to the dark side and the two friends part company, a dangerous rivalry and font of unfinished business festering between them.
